HEY! LOOK OVER HERE!
Welcome to My Madness

You're probably wondering what this blog is all about. And all I can say is this: There's a quote from Tender Is The Night by F. Scott Fitzgerald that says, "Suppose we don't have any nonsense."

That is appalling to me, since my life is comprised of a lot of nonsense. The nonsense of chaos. This is where I organize that chaos into words, so someone can at least have a laugh out of the deal.

Oh my, what did she get in it? Just this morning I thought I would rather cut the mass out of my little one’s hair than comb it. I just put in a pony for the day and pretended it was fine until later. Curly hair hides a lot

Yikes! I’d cut it out oo rather than try to brush it. Poor little girl.

Oh, how sad! But I can tell you from experience with three very-long-haired daughters that it grows back much more quickly when they’re young. Now that I’m 40-something and actually WANT my hair to grow longer, it won’t. *sigh*

Oh! I remember getting mine wrapped around the axle of our little red wagon when I was little…mama had to come out and cut me free….
Hope she’s not too unhappy about it.

Good morning sleeping beauty! Did you have to get out the lawn mower to remove that? Holy Toledo! Zoe seems indifferent to the tangled hair mass. Did the neighbors cat do that to her when she tossed him off the mantle?

Oh how sad - I remember when my step-mom did that to my tangled mess. Hair issues can be so upsetting something

Just to clarify for anyone checking back on the comments, while we did cut the tangle out, we didn’t have to cut all her hair. It ended up looking fine in the back.
I have no idea how it got so bad. That is just a mass of hair, no gum or anything in it. Just chalk it up to neglect on my part.
